9:30 AM – 10:45 AM A Leadership Mindset; Balancing Risk vs. RewardContributors in an organization are often asked to manage risk.

Frequently we interpret this goal as mitigating risk to zero – a job well done! Unfortunately, this mindset is not one that works in a leadership role and can often limit both career and business opportunities. We often overlook the reality that managing risk to zero simultaneously drives opportunity to zero. That is where many leaders go wrong. Businesses are about capitalizing on opportunity, and that requires an acceptable level of risk.
