ERG Summit Details – Thursday, Aug. 17

NAAAP’s annual ERG Summit is a one day conference that catalyzes the formation and performance of Asian Employee Resource Groups and Business Resource Groups (collectively referred to as ERGs).The ERG Summit is offered as a standalone training and is our signature event leading into the first day of the 2017 Leadership Convention by NAAAP.

The 2017 ERG Summit, whose theme is “ERGs; Bringing Value Back to Business,” will leverage the potential of ERGs for individual and organizational success and align ERGs with business objectives. Speakers will include Executive Champions and ERG Leaders from various industries.

NAAAP-Chicago’s Asian American Group Leaders Program consists of a network of Asian Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Business Resource Groups (BRGs), and Multicultural Diversity Councils (MDC) across the Chicagoland area. This year’s ERG Summit is proudly organized by AAGL Members.
