Wilmington Trust

Alvina Lo is a Chief Wealth Strategist at Wilmington Trust at M&T Bank and is responsible for wealth planning, strategic advice, and thought leadership development for Wilmington Trust’s Wealth Management division. Earlier in her career, Alvina practiced law at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy, LLP in the Trusts & Estates group and served as a consultant for Deloitte Consulting and Scient Corporation. She received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the Law Review and Order of the Coif. Alvina has been recognized by Crain’s New York Business as one of their Most Notable Women in Financial Advice in 2020. The honor recognizes leading women executives in New York City for their dedication to excellence in the financial industry and significant professional, civic, and philanthropic contributions. Alvina was also recognized as one of Worth’s Groundbreakers 2020: 50 Women Changing the World. She is an author on estate planning matters and has lectured at the American Bankers Association, American Bar Association, and Barron’s Top Women Advisors Summit.

Stephanie Shei


M&T Bank

Stephanie Shei is the Vice President of M&T Bank. With over twenty years of experience, she is a seasoned banking relationship manager and trusted advisor who helps business owners customize banking solutions. She serves on the advisory board of the Multicultural Advisory Group and is a committee member for the Asian Pacific American Resource Group, Greater Washington Chapter, at M&T Bank. Stephanie is also an active community leader. She has served various leadership roles on the Board of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce (AACC) in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. For her service and commitment to customers and the AACC, she was unanimously voted as Chairwoman of the Board by the board in 2020 and again in 2021. Additionally, she was nominated by the Regional Manager to join and contribute to the Multicultural Banking Advisory Group.

Chareeda Rustanavibul is a banker, DEI advocate, entrepreneur and a non-profit leader who focuses on empowering a community of AAPI women leaders. She has expertise in Wealth Management and Commercial Lending, and she recently started a new opportunity in Startup Banking and Tech. Chareeda currently serves as a Portfolio Manager at Silicon Valley Bank supporting 700+ early stage founders and startups in the Boston/Greater New England market; SVB is recognized as one of the world’s best employers by Forbes, and is a member of the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index. Chareeda is extremely passionate about empowering the voices of Asian American women in the professional space through her commitment to volunteerism. At her alma mater, she served as Co-President of the college’s Asian Students Alliance group. Chareeda’s passion for promoting AAPI women leadership is further exemplified through her service to Boston’s NAAAP Chapter by relaunching the Women in NAAAP committee.
