Introducing Lindsey Roy
Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Hallmark Greetings
Lindsey Roy is an executive at Hallmark whose life was almost taken in a devastating accident. She will share the important lessons she learned as a result of her trauma in her compelling talk, “Finding Clarity in the Chaos.” Lindsey is Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Hallmark Greetings. In this role, she is responsible for all marketing, product development, innovation and digital commercialization for Hallmark’s Greetings business. Lindsey believes in authentic leadership and the unparalleled power of the greeting card category and the Hallmark brand.
Lindsey is also a voice on the speaking circuit sharing her personal story. Through a challenging recovery process, Lindsey learned impactful lessons on how to harness disruption and find clarity in the chaos. She did a TED talk in 2017 titled “What Trauma Taught Me About Happiness.” Lindsey is a board member of the Ad Council and Ability Kansas City. She has a degree in Journalism & Advertising with a minor in Speech from Kansas State University.
Lindsey lives in Kansas City with her husband, Aaron, and children, Mitchell and Morgan.
