Sam Mok is the managing member of Condor International Advisors, LLC. He has advised numerous U.S.-based multinational companies on China market-entrance strategies and facilitated the development of key relationships with senior Asian embassy officials in Washington, D.C. During the George W. Bush Administration, he served as CFO of the U.S. Department of Labor and was one of the highest-ranking Asian Americans. In 2008, he served as an executive member of the management review team that assessed and documented the management structure and process of the U.S. Agency for International Development and the USDA Farm Service Agency. He also assisted the National Academy of Public Administration when it was asked by the U.S. Congress to assess the financial management process of the U.S. Federal Court System. In 2006, Mok received the prestigious Donald L. Scantlebury Memorial Award for Distinguished Leadership in Financial Management Improvement.

Stan Fujii is the President of Fujii-Goup, LLC, an upper management consulting firm specializing in small business regulations and policy. He retired from the U.S. Small Business Administration, serving in positions including the Veteran Procurement Liaison, Senior HUBZone Analyst, Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Business Development, Assistant Director for the 8(a) Business Development Program at the Washington, DC, District Office, and Assistant Director for the Santa Ana District Office in California. Stan is an active leader in the Asian and Pacific Islander community. He previously served as Executive Director of the Asian American Government Executives Network (AAGEN) and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the National Association of Asian American Professionals, DC Chapter (NAAAP DC).
