About the 2019 Leadership Convention Program

ThemeThe theme for the 2019 Leadership Convention is The Unconventional Leader. Lead Boldly. Join us in Kansas City as we explore what it means to push boundaries and create our own.

The convention program brings together unconventional leaders, creative visionaries, and bold disruptors for the purpose of empowering one another to lead in unexpected ways. No matter your industry or where you may be on your career path we have something for you.

With over 50+ speakers from around the country, this ERG Summit and Leadership Convention will delve into the various aspects of what makes a good leader a leader that others want to follow. We will look at leaders who are creative, inspirational, believe in mentorship and building up others, are advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and take the time to give back and serve others.

We will highlight leaders from various locations, industries, and abilities. As we prepare to come together for 3 amazing days in Kansas City, let’s commit to challenging each other, encouraging each other, inspiring each other, and serving one another. We are in this together. And together, we build Leaders.
