Victoria Lim is a senior manager for executive and external communications at Experian North America. She also serves as an Experian Credit Education Ambassador. Focusing on reputation management and diversity and inclusion, she has led award-winning communications efforts in global entertainment, information services, higher education, electronic auto manufacturing, telecommunications, national sports leagues, and beauty. Victoria is an Emmy and AP honors award-winning journalist distinguished for pioneering multimedia storytelling. She leads journalism and communications training around the world on content marketing and public relations best practices. She is a board member for the Orange County chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. She has served as Chapter President and national board member of the Asian American Journalists Association, where she co-founded the Sports Task Force to support Asian American journalists covering and working in sports.

Kim Tong, MBA, is an experienced banker, financial consultant, API role-model and an active public servant. She is currently a VP at Bank of America (BoA) where she manages over 300 small businesses, driving customer experience. At BoA she has over 17 years of experience delivering professional and personalized customer service while connecting customers to the right cash flow solution to save time, money and added convenience. Outside of her professional capacity, Kim serves as a Senior Advisor for BoA’s Atlanta ERG group, Asian Leadership Network (ALN). Kim continues her service to the community as an API role-model and as the President and Chairperson of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals. She also serves on the Collective for Community Empowerment with other chairs on local Non-profit organizations such as Urban League of Greater Atlanta Youth Professionals and Hispanic Young Professionals & Entrepreneurs.
