Julia Chen


>>> VP of Partner Transformation, Cisco

Julia Chen, MBA, is a next generation leader in disruptive innovation who is experienced on business and technology issues, transformation strategies, and rethinking how to manage business with data. She is currently the VP of Partner Transformation at Cisco Systems where she promotes the evolution of new business models and routes to market. At Cisco, she previously was in the office of the CEO for Chuck Robbins at Cisco. Before her career at Cisco, Julia was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group and a leader in their Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Operations practice group.  She was also the Recruiting Director, the head of the Women’s Initiative and mentor to many professionals in the BCG LA office. Julia has a Master’s in Computer Engineering from Princeton University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business school, with honors, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UCLA. 

Aileene Duyan 

>>> Certified Change Practitioner and Project Manager

Aileene Duyan is a certified Change Practitioner and Project Manager. She is skilled in organizational change management, organizational learning, team development and training. Aileene is currently a management consultant at Avantus Federal where she utilized her skills in collaboration and communication to support the success of the 2020 Census. Outside of her professional responsibilities she is a passionate advocate for youth education; she volunteers at Learning Life, an educational nonprofit that spreads learning in everyday life beyond school walls. Aileene is Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advocate where as a volunteer at NAAAP DC.
