Ms. Jenny McGee has had a 31-year federal career as an intelligence officer, military officer, federal leader, and decision-maker. Ms. McGee is currently a senior adviser with the Project on Prosperity and Development at CSIS. In 2020, she was unanimously confirmed by the Senate to serve as the first associate administrator for relief, response, and resilience in the U.S. AID, where she provided strategic coordination of the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization, and Bureau for Resilience and Food security. Her federal leadership impacted decisions made by the National Security Council, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the Intelligence Community. She served in the White House Situation Room on 9/11 and in the days following. Ms. McGee earned an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and holds master’s degrees from the National War College, Naval Command and Staff College, and National Intelligence University.

Anthony Eiland, MBA, is an operations supervisory expert with experience dealing with the intersection of federal and private sector duties, nationally and abroad. Currently the Branch Chief (Acting) of the Executive Services Branch in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency, Anthony continues to devote his life to management by assuring that initiatives, plans, goals and policies are consistent with established Agency/Company-wide goals and reflect a pro-growth potential. Prior to joining federal service he worked as a small business instructor at eAdvantage and was the VP of Business Development at SERT, LLC. He received his MBA and Bachelors of Science from Strayer University.

Jen Franco, SCMP, is a Strategic Communication Management Professional who serves as the Deputy Branch Chief of Congressional Engagements for the U.S. Space Force. She is a spokesperson, legislative affairs stakeholder, integrated strategic communications expert, project manager, ghost writer, editor, marketing planner, and event planner. In her previous role as a member of the U.S. Navy, Jen reached the rank of Lieutenant Commander. In the navy she was a media representative, department head, personnel manager, liaison, a media trainer for executive leadership. She also worked Strategic communications at eh F-35 Joint Program Office.
